Updating old records
After almost 7,000 hours and 15 years of flying I kind of stopped keeping very good records of my flight time. If the fed's happened to need them, company records would be better anyway. Then I was told by a potential new employer that I would need to provide an accurate accounting of all my experience and flight time, from day 1!
After digging out all of my old log books (all 6 of them) and years worth of various company flight reports I began the task of organizing this mountain of information. If this was a tax audit I would be in a major scramble. Luckily that is not the case and it has been kind of fun so far to re-live some of the past. Plus I've run accross all sorts of things that I thought were gone for good. Like any other job I've had in the past flying has gotten old. Maybe some old memories will re-energize me.
On another note. I got stomped on my Forex trading last night. Major bummer.
